"Excuse me ! Will you please speak Persian when you are going to teach writing skill?

I want to ask my English teacher to speak Persian in class when he aims to talk about paragraphing, blueprint, and structure of writing in order to be more understandable. Are the following request correct?

"Excuse me ! Will you please speak Persian when you are going to teach writing skill?"

"Will you please" sounds quite demanding, even with "please". I'd use something like "Would you mind speaking Persian when you teach us about writing skills?" Bear in mind that your teacher, like many others, might have a policy of using only English in the classroom.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Thanks teacher. Great question.

    What does 'demanding' mean here?

No it is not a strict rule to speak only English in IELTS classes. Our teachers know that we will understand better if they speak in our language when they teach us difficult subjects.
