We use "much" with uncountable nouns and "many" with countable nouns. Now that you have the basic information, you are in a good position to write your own lesson plan (we don't write them for people).

Your member profile shows "Teacher (Other)". Have you been asked to take on English teaching as an extra responsibility? If so, you need to make sure that your own English is up to scratch. For example, you didn't capitalise the first letter of the sentence and we don't start questions with "How to ...".
