A capital letter or a small letter?

What letter, capital or small, should be used in Foods and in adverbs of frequency here?
    Lesson Plan
    1. Vocabulary: Foods

    2. How often? Grammar: adverbs of frequency .

If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

    I'd use capitals.

Note that the 'small' letters are also called 'lowercase' letters.
