Do we need add "and" when we count a number more than 100?

    Hello everybody.
I have a question: Do we need add "and" when we count a number more than 100?
For example, two hundred and six (206), three hundred and forty-two (342), one hundred and sixty-four thousand (164.000).
Or we just say two hundred six (206), three hundred forty-two (342), one hundred sixty-four thousand (164.000).
    Thank you!

    Welcome to the forum, ducthanhnguyen.

In general, speakers of British English use 'and' when they say those numbers, and American English speakers don't.
