At the party, David saw his wife talking

I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

At the party, David saw his wife talking with his boss, and that immediately put him in a bad mood. He was the last person he would like to see in the company of his wife.

Your sentence is fine except for the use of "he" in the last sentence. It is not a good practice to repeat words closely together in the same sentence. Sentences then become more interesting and not potentially confusing. It is not too bad in this case since the second "he" would refer to David because of the reference to his wife.

Assuming the "boss" to be male, I might rephrase the sentence:

His boss was the last person he would like to see in the company of his wife.

It is a small issue to an otherwise fine group of sentences.
