    Talking Among or between?

Should I use among or between in the sentence?

You must choose between/from among the three books.

    Reread what I quoted yesterday:

    between

With reference to a choice or differentiation involving two or more things being considered together.

‘if you have to choose between two or three different options’

    (Oxford)

It would be more natural to say 'Choose one of these three books'.
