We say "We have an interview" like "I went to that company and had an interview" or "The manager didn't let me have the interview".

What do we say if we are saying it for some other person? "They didn't let him have the interview".

"They didn't let him have the interview" is grammatically correct if the listener knows who "they" and "he" are and to which interview you are referring.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
