did - were - have been

Are my sentences correct? Is there any difference? Are there any differences?
    a. Where did you go last night/week?
    b. Where have you been last night/week?
    c. Where were you last night/week?

Re: did - were - have been

    First of all thank you.
But what if there are no markers of past time in the sentences?
Do they then mean the same?

    a. Where did you go?
    b. Where have you been?
    c. Where were you?

There's a difference between going somewhere and being there.
