At all times or at all the times.

    Which one is correct?
    1.At all times.
    2.At all the times.
I have seen both of them used.

Re: At all times or at all the times.

Neither one is a complete sentence. However, I can tell you that "at all the times" is certainly wrong in almost every context (I could come up with a convoluted one but it would be part of a longer phrase and I don't think it's what you're getting at).

I think perhaps you've seen "at all times" and "all the time".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

In what contexts should I say "at all the time", at all times, and all the times?

Like ems said, don't worry about "at all the times". "All the time" is sort of equivalent to "always". You will see "at all times" in a command such as "parking permit required at all times".

As always, what's the wider context? Something that is right in one context may be wrong in another.
