    Peter hated London's winter

I am wondering if my sentences are grammatically correct.

Peter hated London's winter. Its grey sky, mist, rain and damp polluted air made him depressed. How he wished to be far away, in an island where sun was always bright and breeze was bringing the fresh salty air.

Peter hated London's winter. London winters/the winter he spent in London.
Use the first if he lived in London for a few years and experienced more than one winter. Use the second if he was there for only one winter.

Its The grey sky, mist, rain and damp polluted air made him depressed. (I'd probably use "skies" but yours is OK.)

How he wished to be far away, in on an island where the sun was always bright shines and the breeze was bringing the carries fresh salty air.
    See above.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    emsr2d2,

Thank you for your valuable help.

I have a problem when I am writing possessives.
Why is correct to use "London winters" and not "London's winters".
Do you write for example "house windows" or house's windows"?

    I'm fine with "London's winters".

I agree. London winters would certainly be more common, but the possessive version works well for me. My mother hated London winters, too, and dreaded the prospect of spending one there late in her adult life. That's what fate had in store for her, though, and in the event, she didn't mind it as much as she'd feared.

Her previous London winters were right after WWII, when scarce, rationed coal was the usual source of domestic heat. I have a feeling she had shivered a lot during those two winters, and the memory colored her expectations of what turned out to be a much more comfortable winter in the late Nineties.
    I am not a teacher.

I'm fine with it too, but would use winters in London/the winter in London.
