In which vowel the tongue is rolled up as a tunel?

Please help me to explain this:

In pronouncing of which vowel the tongue is rolled up to make a tunel or nearly as a tunel?

Is it correct that in pronouncing long oo, short oo as in cool and look, in long /o/ and short /o/ as in corner and on, the tongue is rolled up to make a tunel or nearly a tunel from back to front of mouth?

Many people are not able to roll their tongue as you describe. You don't have to do it to pronounce any English vowel.

No. "Rounding" refers to the position of the lips, not the tongue.
