    Feel or feeling now

My friend is sick. I want to ask her health progress.
    Shall I say :

    1. How do you feel now ?
    2. How are you feeling now?

Do I have to stick on the rules that I only use present continuous tense with the words like "now, at present, at the moment......etc".

    Thanks.

See above. Don't leave a space before a colon or a question mark.

Your questions are OK. The second would probably be more common without "now". You will also hear "How are you doing?"
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

You seem to have misunderstood the usage. It's not the words "now", etc. that are necessary, but merely the context.

See above. "Shall" may not be impossible in every variety of English, but it's very unnatural in the American kind.
    I am not a teacher.
