Winds can make logs and other articles fly.

If somewhere a storm is going on and there are logs that start flying because of the wind then what can we say? "Winds can make logs and other articles like cars fly in air". I know we say "Winds blow down the trees".

The wind is so strong that there are tree branches and cars flying through the air!
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Wind does blow trees down and send branches flying through the air. You might want to look up the difference between tree trunks and logs.

I know that but what I wanted to know was the word that can be used for this scenario.

So we can say "Strong winds send logs and other articles flying through the air". Am I correct?

Only if the strong winds find tree trunks that have been cut into logs. Wind does not make logs IMO.
