    To decorate

'To decorate' in British English also means 'to put wall-paper on, to paint the walls and whitewash the ceiling etc.' What's the verb for it in American English?
If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

to put wall-paper on to hang wallpaper

(We'll have to wait a few hours for AE speakers to wake up.)
