Is it ok to use - spell out - here...

    Hello everyone,

I'm trying to translate these sentences from Arabic to English, but IDK I feel like there's something wrong especially with SPELL OUT.

It's amazing what kind words can do to a person's heart
I wonder, why is it so hard for some people to spell them out!!

So, what do you think? Do you get what I'm trying to translate here??
and please if there are any other mistakes please point them out for me.

    Other mistakes:

Write OK or okay - not ok.

Delete IDK. If it means 'I don't know', it's text-speak, which is not allowed on this forum. It's unnecessary anyway.

There should be a full stop (period) after 'heart'.

Use only one exclamation mark and question mark at a time.
