Which one is correct?
'I have graduated from Xxx university', or 'I graduated from Xxx university"
Hi everyone, I know we cannot use present perfect tense if a time frame is mentioned. So we cannot use a sentence like 'I have graduated from Xxx university in 2011.' But what about the above two sentences? Are they both correct?

In most contexts only the simple past would be correct. The only case I can think of with the present perfect requires some emphasis:

A. You'd understand this if you'd graduated from Yale.

B. I have graduated from Yale!
