That company doesn't conduct walk-in interviews.

    1) At the doctor's clinic they didn't let me get checked up because they thought that I was a walk-in. But I had an appointment.

    2) That company doesn't conduct walk-in interviews. You went there as a walk-in so that is why they didn't let you have the interview.

    3) That refrigerator was very big. It was a walk-in refrigerator.

    Please check my sentences.

Walk-in refrigerator works fine in American English.

Ted, a cold room/walk-in refrigerator is not a freezer.

You can if you want to drive your listener/reader crazy with the multiple repetitions of "walk-in".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

No I don't want to do that but I would like to know whether I have used walk-in correctly here? Are my sentences grammatical?

Your sentences were grammatical but far too wordy. All you need is contained in my sentences.
We can use the terms "Walk-in applicants" or "Walk-in patient". Am I correct? Can we say "He is just a walk-in (Patient or applicant)?
