I don't have time to look at the whole CV but one thing jumped out at me. Why have you used the letter "u" with an umlaut over it instead of a normal bullet point dot or dash? They look very odd to me.

I will take the time to help you with your resume (CV)

I have had experience hiring people when I was a manager of a division of an industrial sales company. As well, I had over 8 jobs spanning 33 years of working life. so I know the challenges that changing work positions pose.

First of before we attack your resume I am going to ask you several questions and I would like you to think about them and answer them as best that you can.

1. What is the purpose of the resume (CV)?

This may sound like a dumb question, but it is not. Many think the CV will land the person a job. Is that what you think ?

2. What type of CV format are you using here? Is it a Functional, Chronological or combination CV? Explain your answer?

3. What do you think is the advantage/disadvantage of each type?

4. How long should a CV be in length? - one page, 2 pages or more. Explain your answer.

My track record is very good with resumes (that is what we usually call them in Canada) or CV. I have rarely lost a position that I wanted.

Now I will start with several comments and assign you some tasks.

A) Your first section is titled Profile

This is not going to grab the attention of a person screening resumes (CVs).
There may be200+ resumes submitted for the position that you are applying for. There will be someone (not your potential boss) that will be assigned the task of picking as many as 10-15 candidates out of those many resumes. They will spend only 1-2 minutes to do this. You want to have your resume placed in the interview pile.

Your "Profile" as written is not going to attract their attention. In fact it should not be titled at all. It should be an eye-catching statement related to the job you are seeking as much as possible and placed right after your name/address/telephone/cellphone/email.

Here is an example from my resume when I was not retired.

An experienced teacher of English as a Foreign Language with an extensive, successful history of employment in the fields of business and science, whose ultimate objective is to specialize in teaching of English for Special Purposes (ESP) in these areas.

You will note that grammar is not a prerequisite. Your are looking for eye-catching statements that will set you apart from other resumes.

B) The final task for now

I want you to think about 5-10 accomplishments in you life. They don't have to be all work related. They should be things that you are proud of. Describe them in a one sentence preferably, two sentences maximum.

If you answer these questions and do these tasks you will be on a nice start to developing a good resume (CV).

As it stands now, this resume (CV) will not attract the attention that you hope for.

Good luck with the job search. :)

He won't have much of a chance with his resume written in that fashion.

It won't make it past the screening process.

His resume consists mainly of duties that he has had in other jobs. That, combined with fact that his employment history is such that many of his jobs lasted only a few months will not make his CV stand out from the many others that will be received.

Correcting his English is NOT going to help him at all!

That might be the case, Lynxear, but correcting learners' English is exactly what this forum is for. We are not a recruitment company and we are not CV specialists. It is up to individual job applicants to decide what they want to put on their CV. All this forum offers to do is to make what learners write grammatically correct and natural. If the OP wants someone to rewrite his/her CV to make it more attractive to potential employers, there are plenty of (paid) websites he/she can turn to.

Personally, I don't think one is doing the OP any favours by correcting a CV that will not work for them if it is used for a real application.
