To all Receptionists.

This is to remind all Receptionists are required to pay more attention to generate more income and provide high customer care. And also, to be more concentrated in the payment, all cash collected and any floats should be held securely at all times. Don’t keep large sums of cash, if the liquid cash amount exceeds more than the US. 1000/-, contact the admin staff and advise to collect it and deposit in the bank right away. Cash should be stored securely in a safe until banked.

Please explain what you mean by these:

- to pay more attention (to what?)
- to be more concentrated in the payment
- any floats should be held securely at all times

"Receptionist" should not be capitalized.
Those items seem to be instructions to staff, which I think is better to be written in the form of a list.
