    I watched a video in which there was a guy and a girl. The girl was balancing herself upside down overhead the guy with their hands in each others hands. Later they released one hand and girl was still able to balance herself.

    And we're back to the old question of when you are going to need to use this in real life, tufguy. If you want someone to know what's happening in the video, show them the video.
    I truly don't believe that our telling you how to describe something unusual in a video is going to help you learn to speak useful English.
