Martina sat on the edge of the bed

I am wondering if my sentence is grammatically correct.

Martina sat on the edge of the bed, one leg crossed over the other, filing her toenails.

Not only is it grammatically correct, it is also perfectly natural.

The grammar is quite simple. Were you really uncertain about the grammar, or were you asking how natural it sounded?

I was mostly uncertain how natural it sounded.
