    On university.

When it comes to writing and registering. Should there be the preposition "on" before school or university?
My name has been registered on university.
    Am I correct about it?

My name has been registered on university.

Am I correct? about it? Are you correct about what? You asked us a question. You didn't suggest a correct answer.
Rover has shown you a correct way to construct your sentence. You could also say "I have registered at university".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
