    tense agreement (is...when/sine were)

    Hi,

    1- What is the most important event you can remember when you were 5?
    2- What is the most important event you can remember since you were 5?

    Which one sounds OK to you? They are my sentence but I cannot make sure which one is OK.

    I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to say.
    Try:

    What was the most important event you remember from when you were five?

    or if you meant between age five and now:

    What was the most important event you remember since the age of five?
