    The government hopes that the opening

    I am wondering if my sentence is grammatically correct. Do I need a comma after "suburb"?

    The government hopes that the opening of the new youth centre will have positive effects on the lives of young people in the troubled suburb and lead to the reduction of crime and anti-social behaviour.

    You don't need a comma after "suburb."
