    Teach me pronounce 'criminal'.

    In the audio book Streamline English Departure Unit 75 3rd paragraph have the sentence: ''James Stephens is a criminal'' I hear:''..... creenal''.Please teach me where is the ''m'' in the word ''criminal''?.Can they omit the''m''?

    No. You cannot omit the "m".

    Do you have the audio recording? I can't tell unless I hear it myself. It's not a problem with your ears. Sometimes English learners can't distinguish certain sounds they don't have in their native language. I don't know any Vietnamese so I can't tell but the "m" has to be there.
