    They're both correct. You could replace "someone" with "anyone" and the meaning would remain the same. You could also use "as he is" at the end. A slightly more outdated, but perfectly correct, ending would be "as he".
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
