You 'd better drive slowly, or you will have an accident.

Is this sentence correct? If so, what are other approprriate connectors that can be replaced with "or"?

You 'd better drive slowly, or you will have an accident in such speed.

You'd better drive slowly (no comma here) or you will have an accident in at such a speed.
See above. "or" is the obvious natural word there. You could use "otherwise" but you'd need to make it into two sentences.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Thanks Emsrd2d. Thanks for your response.

    I have studied about 'otherwise'.

You'd better drive slowly; otherwise, you will have an accident at such a speed.
