one in which people are allowed to do anything that they like.

Could you please check these two sentence, and are the underlined parts non-defining adjective and adverbial clauses respectively?

It is often said that we live in a permissive age, one in which people are allowed to do anything that they like.

I feel the underlined part (including "one") is in apposition to "a permissive age".
