    Should "we have to accept realize that the real scale" be " we have to realize that the real scale ?" Or simply "we have to accept that the real scale"?

    It's not correct. I imagine the writer wrote both words, planning to choose between them, but then forgot to go back and do so.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
