    Is the following sentence correct?

    In recent days, life has been very hard for me.

    If I say 'In recent days my life was very hard for me', Is that make any sense? In this case I want to mean that my life was hard a day or a few days ago but the hard time has now gone.

    In that case you should have used the simple past, like you just have in your explanation, rather than the present perfect which suggests that things are still hard for you.

    See above. Never capitalize words within sentences except for proper nouns, the word "I", acronyms, or the first word of a sentence within quotation marks.
