    RIGHTS REGARDING HOSPITAL PRIVILEGES

I wonder whether you native English speakers have more or less difficulty in reading capitalized sentence. I once did. Now I don't feel difficult in reading it because I understand the meaning. Yet the speed of my reading would be slowing down.

It's much harder to read sentences written in all caps. Missing spaces in your post (caused by a bug in the forum's text editor that affects long texts pasted from the clipboard) make the text even harder to read.

We usually reserve all caps for something that deserves attention. If everything is in all caps, it loses that power and makes it much harder to read.

Most people find it harder and don't like text written in capitals, which is why it is called shouting.

Additionally, this forum being what it is, we need to know whether students and learners who post here can use capital letters correctly.

But this does tend to be overused by people who think that everything they say is important, which moves heavy usage into areas like conspiracy theories. The same is often true of people who use lots of exclamation marks.
