The usage of this tense is exceedingly rare. I am a native speaker aged 70, and I don't think I have ever needed to use it in my life. That said, they are all correct, although I think the last in each group of three is mostly only used in Indian English.

Thanks for that final comment, probus—I was going to say that the last in each group was wrong. I suggest learners avoid that form.
