    will you be

    I'm wandering what is the difference between these sentences:
    • only then will you be strong enough... (this one is original)
    • only then you will be strong enough...

    As you can see the diffrence here is the position of 'will'. I believe there's nothing about it in "English grammar in use" by Murphy which I once read.

    If you put only then at the start, the second version is wrong. If you want to use the second version, use you will only then be strong enough. Some phrases require inversion if they start a sentence. There's nothing about it in your book because it doesn't work.
