    flavour vs taste

    Hello.

    1. Add some garlic to improve the flavour.

    2. Add some garlic to improve the taste

    3. I love the flavour of garlic.

    4. I love the taste of garlic.

Are the both sentences above correct and natural? Can they be used interchangeably?

    Re: flavour vs taste

They're all grammatical. I would say that 1 and 2 are interchangeable, and so are 3 and 4.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
