The first sentence means "My car has a problem but I don't know what the problem is". The speaker knows that the car doesn't seem/feel right, but can't work out why.

Note my corrections above. You must start every sentence with a capital letter. Don't put a space before a full stop. Remember to put a question mark at the end of a question.
