    Should I use "turn" or "develop"?

    Which of the two sentences is correct?
    Does it have to be "turn" or should I use "develop"?
    However, there was no indication that things would turn out this way.
    However, nothing has so far indicated that this is how things should develop.

    In that context, "would" and "should" can mean different things. Can you tell us more about what you're trying to say?

    @teechar

    To be honest, I didn't give it much thought in terms of the difference.
    In German I don't see any difference or very little difference.
    Furthermore I think, I don't really understand the difference in English between the two sentences.

    Re: Should I use "turn" or "develop"?

    Your question should be 'Should I use turn out or develop'.
