all the money in the world

Hello folks, have a look at my two sentences.
    a. What good is all the money in the world when you're sick?
    b. What good would all the money in the world do you if you were sick?

Your questions are grammatical, but the answer is 'You could afford the best possible treatment and care'.

What exactly did you mean by those sentences? Is the person sick or likely to be sick?
