Which one is correct She lost weight or She has lost weight?

    Hello everyone,
Could you please tell me which one of these two sentences is correct

    She lost weight.
    She has lost weight.

And if they are both correct, then what's the difference between them?

They're both grammatically correct. Do you understand the difference between the past simple and the present perfect generally? What do you know about those two tenses from your studies?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
