3- Don't tell your secrets to anyone. It'll not be good for you.

4- Don't tell anyone your secrets. It'll not be good for you.

1- Hey John, It's a secret. Don't tell this to anyone. We don't use a capital letter after a comma unless the next word is a proper noun or the first person singular "I".

2- Hey John, It's a secret. Don't tell anyone this. Same reason as #1.

3- Don't tell your secrets to anyone. It'll not be good for you. It's OK but it would be more natural to say "It won't be good for you".

4- Don't tell anyone your secrets. It'll not be good for you. Same response as #3.
    See above.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Are they correct now?

It would be much more natural to use "Don't tell anyone", not "Don't tell this to anyone".
