    Nurses complain they have been pushed

    I am wondering if my sentence is grammatically correct.

    Nurses complain they have been pushed to the limit, and if their situation do not improve the whole system is going to collapse soon.

    Consider using "are/keep complaining" instead of "complain" in that sentence.
