Hollis ' first sight of her

    Hello everybody.
Can you help me for understanding the bold part and the whole sentence?
The image was in stark contrast to Hollis ' first sight of her, face frozen with rigor mortis, pinkish foam oozing from her blue
    lips.

It means "the first time Hollis saw her".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I was going to say that you had incorrectly put a space before the apostrophe in Hollis', but having checked the link, I saw that the dictionary itself had made that mistake!
