    There's nothing that...

    Is my sentence grammatical?

    There is nothing that has been earned by war. If there is something, it's death bodies of thousands of people.

    I'd probably use "anything" instead of "something".

    "Gained from ..." sounds better to me than "earned by ..."
    There's nothing that we've gained from ...

    "death" is a noun so it's incorrect before "bodies". You need the associated adjective. You also need an article there.

    The whole thing is odd. You start by saying that there's nothing ... and then tell us that there is something.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
