had been / have been; would have seen/ would see

1.If you had been there, you would have seen the biggest elephant in the world.

2.If you had been there, you would see the biggest elephant in the world

3.If you have been there, you will have seen the biggest elephant in the world.

    4. If you have been there, you will see the biggest elephant in the world.

I am not quite sure when I should use each and if they are almost interchangeably used?

Having checked, please correct me if I am wrong, I think all are possible.

    Thank you so much.

    See above.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Thank you.

    Appreciate your help.

When do you use sentence number 3?

Also, for sentences 2 and 4, I have seen examples where they used the present perfect with "will".

If you have finished it by then, I'll come and take it.

By then casts the example sentence into the future.

Sentence 3 is an unusual but possible construction. It uses the future form to state a fact.
    I am not a teacher.

John: Have you seen the biggest elephant in the world?
Sarah: No, I don't think so.
John: But I thought you said you'd been to Maramai Elephant Reserve.
    Sarah: I have been there.
John: If you've been there, you will have seen the biggest elephant in the world. It's their main attraction.
Sarah: Oh, I remember there was a really big elephant but I didn't realise it was the biggest in the world.
    John: Well, now you know!

I agree. It uses the stronger "will" than "would."

The edit in red fixes a comma splice.
