    on Korean barbecue

    Hello,

Thomas Lee has long dreamed of selling American consumers on Korean barbecue.
    (from New York Times, http://www.nytimes.com/2010/07/28/di...ed.html?mcbz=3)

What does 'on Korean barbecue' mean?
Does it mean 'in the style of Korean barbecue'?

    Thank you

No. The expression means "to convince someone that something is worthwhile".

We have too many lawyers to embrace the idea of setting a pit of hot coals in customers' tables and then serving them beer.

(I've had it elsewhere and it is delicious.)
