It can block the wind when you installed the window to prevent the wind.

    Hi all,
It can block the wind when you installed the front car window to prevent the wind.

    Is it correct?
    Does it make any sense?

I'm afraid not. A car's windshield (AmE)/windscreen (BrE) keeps the air from blowing into the car.

Why are you using the "keep" here?

In this usage, prevent and keep are synonyms. I could have written A car's windshield prevents the air from blowing into the car.
    I am not a teacher.

It's also possible to use "block" in GoesStation's sentence.

    Or "stops".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
