Hi,

What is good English for the text in bold ?

Sufficient data is available <thanks to/owing to/because of> the efforts of all students of Romanian native flora.

What I mean to say: to express gratitude towards the students of Romanian native flora and their work.

Thanks.

What do you mean by "students of Romanian native flora"? Is that a specific subject at Romanian schools/colleges?

If you want to express gratitude, how about using something like:

I am/we are grateful to the students of Romanian flora who have made sufficient data possible.

The questioner is an academic. In academic usage all of thanks to, owing to, and because of are equally correct. There is nothing to choose among them.

In fact, I can't see any preference in everyday usage either. They are all the same.
