It's my me time, where I can go and sit in the bath for two hours

Could someone please tell me why the writer used "where" instead of "when" here?

‘It's my me time, where I can go and sit in the bath for two hours if I wanted to, or watch a movie in full, without any interruptions.’

The speaker is thinking of a span of time as if it were a physical place.
    I am not a teacher.

    Is "when" OK, too?

It could actually be a place if it's written in a diary or on a calendar. She could point to it and say "Here is my me time."

And even if it isn't formally written down, the speaker thinks of it that way.
