    Please correct me if my sentence is wrong, which is unfortunately relatively sure .Thanks.
    One thing scientists believe they know relatively for sure.

    Note my corrections to the first part of your post. Remember to put a space after a full stop but don't put a space before one.

    Your main sentence doesn't make sense, unfortunately. For a start, it's not a complete sentence. Can you try to express it in a different way?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Whilst we do use "to know for sure/certain", we don't use "to know relatively for sure/certain".

    There is one thing scientists are relatively sure/certain about.
    There is one thing about which scientists are relatively sure/certain.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
