The management has received a complaint from a member about your rude behavior. You must have this understanding that you are in the business industry and, the customer is the first priority. Satisfying the needs of our customers is the main responsibility of all the staff. If there is something because of which you are troubled, you can contact the management to have a discussion and find a solution to your problem rather talking to a customer in a rude tone.
