    Please correct this warning letter

The management has received a complaint from a member about your rude behavior. You must have this understanding that you are in the business industry and, the customer is the first priority. Satisfying the needs of our customers is the main responsibility of all the staff. If there is something because of which you are troubled, you can contact the management to have a discussion and find a solution to your problem rather talking to a customer in a rude tone.

I expect you to improve your attitude towards members to an acceptable level.

By "member", do you mean "customer"?
There is no "business industry". Do you mean "service industry"?
I am not a teacher or a native speaker.

Re: Please correct this warning letter

The member of staff should receive a letter inviting him/her to a meeting to discuss the contents of the complaint and to give their version of events. Like Piscean, I would expect the staff member to be very dissatisfied with how management have dealt with this.
